"Crafting" doesn't require being artistic! If you can kneed the dough into a ball, shape a wire into a ring, yawn with a loud voice and turn your head to look over your shoulder, then rest assured you can reshape anything else to achieve your heart's desire!

Ranging from art products to our own body, mind and voice, all these and more, can be used as a medium to awaken the dormant yet powerful aspects of our self, for creating positive change where we need it most.

The aim of our workshops is to provide support, advice, sharing, and personal transformation, through practicing ancient and modern times' self healing & crafting modalities.

A gathering place for local people who are affected by adverse effects of urban lifestyle, climate, stress, or undergoing major/minor life changes.
