Infinite Transformation - "The Secret" behind New Year's resolutions!
Through the use of multi media "Movies with a Message". Participants will explore personal development through a workshop model utilizing useful tools such as, study guides, excersizes, questionaires, and spiritual discussion groups to assist them in acheiving personal transformation.

We often look to January 1st to set as a date to attempt to begin these resolutions for change, by the 15th we'll have a list of reasons why you can't make it to the gym, or why we had to grab that fast food for lunch. We have to feed the addiction.

Learn how we can let go of old stories and shift the way we interact with the world. Explore ways in which emotional patterns can become biomechanical processes, and how we can introduce pathways to begin liberating ourselves from past conditioning.
