Loving yourself is something many of us struggle with. We know that if we don't love ourselves, we can't treat others with love. Yet loving yourself feels selfish, and therefore wrong - so we get stopped. Maybe we try to fudge it by telling ourselves "I'll do something for me, just as soon as I've done this for her, that for him, and those things there for my work." It's exhausting, and it doesn't really work.
In this week's Life Club we'll be focusing on this, and looking at how the energy you get from caring for yourself can give you the energy to care and share with everyone else. Win win.
Or rather, because you know a lot more than one person, win win win win win win win win?.
