Please note - this week's Life Club (Tuesday 10th) will start just a little later than normal at 7.30.
Our special topic this week is Body Language. It's a language that children use a lot, but as adults we tend to distance ourselves from it - on a conscious level, at least. Actually, only 20% of communication is verbal. Understanding body language helps you understand what people are saying. It can also help you understand how you react to others. And you and your body can interact this way - for example, if you have your body feel and look relaxed, you feel more relaxed in yourself.
It's going to be very illuminating, so I hope to see you on Tuesday!
