This week's workshop is all about expanding your confidence. There's a real trap to fall into around confidence, which is thinking "I'm not confident" or "I lack confidence," as if it's something you don't have right across the board. We're all confident about certain things - most things probably, but we all have areas in which our lack of confidence lets us down.
